14 days, no questions asked
If a Paid plan in any Polbyte app does not meet your expectations, we refund the full amount. You have 14 days:
- from purchasing a Subscription or Time-limited access,
- from each automatic Subscription renewal (the refund covers that renewal payment).
You don't have to give a reason. After the refund the Paid plan ends; your Account and content stay on the free version.
How to request a refund
- Click the link in the purchase confirmation e-mail from Paddle or go to paddle.net and find your order, or
- write to us at info@polbyte.com with the e-mail address used for the purchase and the name of the app.
Payments are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com (Merchant of Record), so Paddle refunds the money to the payment method you used (card, BLIK, PayPal, etc.). How long the refund takes to arrive depends on Paddle and on your bank or payment provider.
After 14 days
- Subscription: you can cancel at any time. We won't charge you again, and access remains until the end of the paid period. After 14 days we do not refund the current period.
- Time-limited access: it does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
- If the Service does not conform to the contract, your statutory complaint rights apply regardless of this period (see the terms, section 10).
- If we discontinue a Service, we refund the unused period pro rata.
Fair use
This policy protects customers; it is not a way to use paid plans for free. We may decline a voluntary refund if the same person repeatedly buys and refunds a plan, or if access was used in breach of the terms. This does not limit statutory consumer rights, including the right to complain.
Model withdrawal statement
Not mandatory – a plain message is enough. If you prefer a ready text:
"I withdraw from the purchase of [plan / app name] concluded on [date]. Account e-mail: [e-mail]. Name: [full name]. Date: [date]."
